Back in Action

Well I am back after a short time off without a camera. Long story but in the end I am the one who looks dumb :>) During our weekend in the big city of Sioux Falls while enjoying some chinese food I had a mishap with a renagade piece of chicken. As I went to the bathroom to take care of the aftermath left by this chicken I made the mistake of setting my purse on an unused sink. Well as all of you know we are in the day of modern technology (yes even up here in Redneckville) My purse fell into the sink and the sink, as if by magic, just turned on and filled my purse with water. In my purse was our cell phone and our camera. Cell phone ended up being ok but our camera was history. But with the help of ebay I am back in the game. So look for some new photos soon.

We had a wonderful time this past Wednesday as we headed over to the river. We had a camp fire and made s'mores and played in the water. The kids had a great time building sand castles and throwing wet sand at dad. He really had it coming as he thought himself the evil ogre that sole purpose was to destroy the castles of pretty princesses. But have no fear because as soon as he would be attacked by the princesses his gaurd dog would be attcking the girls. Today all of them are out helping dad build fence. They have been taking turns going with him one at a time to move the hay but today they all got to go.

We will have some pictures from our trip to Sioux Falls soon. My sister took a lot of pictures but since I did not have my camera for the reason stated above :>) I have to wait to get them from her. I will tell you all about our trip when I get the pictures.
