Sorry for not keeping up on this very well. Been pretty busy here. Lots of tests and papers going on. We are all doing well though.
Jayla did qualify for speech so she should get to start doing that in the
next week or so. We are pretty happy about that since I think a little more help will do her a world of good.
Kendra is becoming a pretty good hand for dad. She helped the other day when Brad and Jeff worked the new calves...since her mom was being a "loser" and just staying in the house doing nothing but hooooomework, whenever homework is said anymore it is drawn out like a whine :o)
Jake is good. The other day while him and I were discussing who had become our new president Jake was getting confused about who was all involved. He had thought that McCain had already been our president he had said "I'm sorry I thought McCain was in it" I responded that McCain had definitely been in the presidential race it was just that he lost. Jake then responded "That's ok, maybe he can win next time if he gets more EXERCISE". When he said that I started laughing...hard :o) Then he just kept asking what was so funny. I love kids!
Halloween was good as well. Being as this town does not have a large number of kids in it the people tend to go all out in the candy department. Most everyone hands out candy bars in some
form. The kids even got a few full sized candy bars. No cheap candy corn here, which dad likes because then he can steal a good amount of the candy bars without feeling too bad.
We had a Devil, a "Super Cheetah" and a Scoobie Doo.form. The kids even got a few full sized candy bars. No cheap candy corn here, which dad likes because then he can steal a good amount of the candy bars without feeling too bad.
