Counting Blessings!

Wow, what a month! So much has happened since my last post so I will sum it up as best I can. Well as many of you know my sister was recently in the hospital due to blood clots in her lungs. I am happy to say she is doing fine now and seems to be no worse for wear, minus her clinic trips for blood work which is a small price to pay in order to keep her around a few more years. Not exactly sure what I would have done without her, I know the telephone companies would have been feeling the loss as well :o)

We have also had our share of nasty weather. I swear the road conditions here are awful more often than they are passable. All I can say is I am glad our road is not as bad as this one. This is one of the roads on the way to O'Neill, some are worse in the fact that they are not even opened.

For Valentines day Kendra's class has a contest to see who can do the best wagon valentine box, Kendra won. I was very impressed with her. She would come home and ask if she could take this or that to school but she did it all on her own and I think she was very proud of it in the end. I know I was!

I would love to share more info but blogger is being difficult when it comes to posting pictures and let's face it if it weren't for the pictures no one would get on here :o) I will try and post more tomorrow or in the next few days if I can.

Holy cow, that is a "road". It must be like trailridge road, only passable in the summer. Oh wait, now I remember, Nebraska does not believe in snowplows.
