Daddies little helpers. Heifers are in prime time mode so daddy needs all three of his little helpers now. They live for the weekends when they can go out at night and check heifers with dad. This time of year is always so busy but the kids seem to enjoy it, even if mom and dad are not to fond of it. I always find it funny that Brad seems to be excited for heifers to start calving but in reality I think he is more excited about the fact that if the heifers are calving than that means spring is not far behind. This year spring can't come soon enough, except for the hole fence repair thing mentioned earlier :o)
This is a picture I took on my way to school the other day. I was telling everyone in Colorado when I visited last week that driving from Nebraska to Colorado was like driving from Alaska to California. We have snow everywhere and right around North Platte it just disappeared. I called Brad and told him South is where we need to be!
