Little Boys, Big Toys and Pretty Girls!

Needless to say this week at K Land and Cattle was a fun week if you ask Jake. Yesterday he spent some time glued to the window in the kitchen watching the guy rip up some tree stumps. I was in there fixing lunch so I got to hear "Go Baby, Go Baby! You can do it! Rip it out!" Jake was this guy's one man cheerleading team. It was nice because for most of the time that the Trachoe has been here it has been over in one of our pastures digging a new pond so Jake only got to see it when he and daddy went out to check on things. Yesterday it was in our Yard! This morning we went over to examine and play on it. even though it was plenty chilly (16 degrees) he still had fun.

He was a little nervous about getting in the bucket.
I had to show him that it would not suddenly come
alive and eat him :o)

More pictures with the tonka Toy!

Things here have been about the same. We still have not gotten ANY snow. That is weird for us, it is about to be December and we have yet to see a flake. I have to agree with Brad though in that there is never a better time for a drought then in the middle of the winter! The girls are doing good. We have the local town church's Christmas program on December 16th, as well as the school one soon after. We tried out a new church this past Sunday in O'Neill. The kids and I will defenitly be going back, Brad on the other hand may not be joining us again ;>) He thought there were too many people and too much music. He did not mind the minister though so he may come with us on occassions. The kids and I are going to be going a lot. They even have a kid's church so Jake can go to the back and color and have fun and I can actually listen!
I took this picture of Kendra yesterday before she went to school. I thought she looked very pretty. I really like the coat, that was one of my ebay finds...$15 for the whole kit and kaboddooll. I am turning into quite the ebay queen :o)
