Well we have been at it again, Fishing. We went back to the kid's favorite fishing hole and had a grand time again. We had a cooler day yesterday so we took advantage of it and got outside to play a little. It has been so hot here the past few days that after you work in it the last thing you want to do is play in it. We once agin had great luck in catching bait. We discovered that when you go to Wal-Mart it is not always the best thing to buy the cheapest bait there, it just falls off the hook. We really did not think it would matter for what we were doing but after rebaiting the kid's poles every two minutes we got it figured out. Lesson learned! The kids still had fun. Jayla caught the first fish and Kendra caught the biggest, if I was inclined to I might have been able to actually cook that one. Jake was very good at catching a "leaf". He kept yelling out that he "caught one" and then after he would get his line reeled in he would say "OOHH, I caught a leaf" (also know as algee).
