Well we have figured out how to beat the heat...1 stock tank and a whole lot of water. The kids have been having a wonderful time in their new pool. I th
ink they spent 4-5 consecutive hours in there on Wednesday. Needless to say we had some pruney hands and feet that day. The girls start swimming lessons here in Lynch on Monday so they are excited for that. I was so glad they had them in Lynch as that is only 5 miles away in comparission to the pool in O'Neill which is 35 miles away. When you are driving everyday, five days a week for two weeks that could really get old.
Brad is off to the Doctor this afternoon to have his thumb looked at. It has been bothering him for a few months now so he thinks it might be time to have it looked at. During a branding a calf kicked it and at the time he thought that it was only jammed but yesterday while he was working on Kendra's new bed he found it hard to hold on to the saw. He said that had been happening a lot lately. Of course now I told him he is probably too late and if there is something wrong it will probably be like my wrist and require surgery. We shall have to wait and see, maybe they will tell him he is fine and not to worry. I'll keep you all posted.
